The Morse Bi Metal Hole Saw

It is generally thought that Bi Metal Hole Saws can not cut stainless steel how ever the Morse Bi Metal hole saws have been designed to do just that, in fact Independent cutting tests have proven that our saws can consistently make 75+ cuts through stainless steel. The Morse Bi Metal hole saw is also excellent at cutting through wood, nail embedded woof, plastic and all machinable metals.

The standard-style Morse Bi Metal Saws have a cutting depth of 1-1/2”, but if you are looking for a saw that cuts deeper there is also the Extra Deep Bi Metal Hole Saw. This saw is designed to buy all the same materials however it gives a 1-7/8” cutting depth, with the arbor shank attached to the saw there is no need to buy a separate one.

Another product from the Bi Metal Saws is the Extra Large Bi Metal Hole Saws. These are larger versions of the Morse Bi Metal hole saw, although they cut through the same material they will not give you over 75cuts, this is because they are designed to do a specific, which is cutting large holes mainly for downlighters, they do this very well.

The Carbide Tipped Hole Saws have a coarser tooth pitch which enables thicker nail free wood surfaces such as counter tops to be cut without scorching. these are a long lasting choice for cutting holes in materials that are either too hard or abrasive for standard Bi Metal Hole Saws or so thin that they would strip Bi Metal or Carbide teeth. The Morse Carbide Grit Hole Saws are mostly ideal for cutting ceramics, fibreglass, hardwood’s, cast iron and composites. They have a super resistance to heat, wear and abrasion with a shock resistant back, it can also be run in forwards or in reverse to give longer life. This Hole Saw also comes in a variety of sizes from 16mm to 152mm.
